Serving Lubbock & The South Plains

About

In the Spring of 2019, Elite Quality Nurse Aide Training was started by long-time nurse Betty Dennett. With over 35 years of experience, Betty is a seasoned and accomplished veteran of the medical field. Since the beginning, she has often provided guidance and advice among her contemporaries. This helped spark her desire to establish her own nurse aide training school. Betty began her medical career as a hospital housekeeper. From there she became a Nurse Aide (CNA), a certified substance abuse counselor, and eventually, a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). Despite being only open one calendar year, Elite Quality Nurse Aide Training has quickly become a trusted source of CNA training in Lubbock and the greater South Plains area.

In just three short years, EQNAT has become a valued CNA School within the community and has garnered a great reputation amongst students, medical facilities, colleagues, state officials, and other higher education institutions such as Texas Tech University.

At EQNAT, we aim to provide a welcoming environment and atmosphere for students to learn, train, and achieve. We are committed to implementing knowledge core values, and a strong foundation in which to thrive in the medical field. We believe the goals of our students are our goals as a facility.

The CNA program at EQNAT is designed to provide the student with the necessary skills to be an integral part of the healthcare system. Facility members provide training in a professional and encouraging environment. At EQNAT, we expect a high standard of academic excellence and positive attitude from our staff and students alike. This catalog is intended to inform students with the policies and criteria of EQNAT. Students are responsible for knowing the content and following the guidelines of this catalog. Staff members are happy to answer any and all questions regarding school policies, procedures, and the program.
